The Chaverot committee were delighted to host a lovely pre Pesach evening with expert Chef Denise Phillips.

Around 30 women joined us and enjoyed sharing traditions, learning about the history, different customs and symbols of the Seder plate, plus of course tasting a variety of charoset freshly prepared by Denise. We sampled Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Yemenite, and Moroccan charoset- each with delicious and unique flavours.

We also enjoyed tea and coffee, along with the opportunity to purchase Denise’s recipe books – with one lucky attendee even winning a copy!
