Our Pub Quiz Evening was a huge success on Sunday night, with the venue at the golf club buzzing with energy and friendly rivalry. A full house of enthusiastic teams brought their A-game, as a competitive air filled the room and the battle for this year’s trophy got underway. From clever team names to moments of nail-biting tension, it was an evening packed with fun, laughter, and plenty of brainpower.
Guests enjoyed delicious food, great company, and the unmistakable Stanmore spirit that makes our community events so special. The camaraderie, cheering, and good-natured banter created a fantastic atmosphere from start to finish – truly a night to remember.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped organise and run the event behind the scenes – from quizmasters and scorers to our amazing volunteers and staff. You brought it all together brilliantly.
Congratulations to our champions, team ‘Let’s Get Quizzical’, who claimed the top spot and earned the title of 2025 Quiz Night Winners! We’ll see if anyone can take the trophy from them next year…
