Some photos from our Chaverot Honey Cake Bake and an amazing kickstart to a new year of events at Stanmore Shul – with almost 40 women and children attending to bake, donate and participate in community kindness this Elul.
All participants involved baked one cake for themselves and an additional one, two or three cakes to freeze and deliver to members of our community nearby. This was an extremely special event with a lovely atmosphere, and we were delighted to see so many people give up of their time (particularly with tube strikes, a march in town and more) to be at this event.
