The Israel Committee, together with StandWithUs, hosted Stories of Resilience, our October 7th commemoration event. It was a deeply meaningful and powerful evening, concluding with a memorial prayer and the singing of Hatikva.
We heard from two moving speakers: Avi Rosenfeld, whose son was a soldier who lost his life in Gaza, and Clive Hart, a resident of Sderot and former lone soldier. Both shared their authentic and deeply personal stories with a packed audience, offering powerful reminders of the courage, resilience and sacrifice of those who have given their lives to defend us all.
It was a memorable and important evening, bringing our community together to remember, reflect and stand united.
