Nuts, Fruits and Freedom: Our Charoset Tour

The chaverot committee is delighted that Denise Phillips will be joining us for an experiential, interactive and tasty pre-Pesach event with a focus on food of course.   

The seder experience is – as we all know – focused on the food so come along and explore some seder mysteries, myths and surprises.  And then you can share some beautiful and tasty ideas at your own seders.

Travel through Charoset Around the World with Chef Denise Phillips, exploring Ashkenazi, Sephardi, Yemenite, and Moroccan traditions while tasting a selection of charoset.

Format:

– An insight into Denise’s life and career as a kosher chef. 
– Presentation about charoset and the different versions from different countries around the world.
– Charoset taster session!
