Community Shabbat Lunch – 80th Anniversary Launch

In honour of the launch of our community’s 80th anniversary, we are joined by the Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim and Lady Valerie Mirvis for a special Shabbat programme. 

A packed morning service will be followed by a delicious three-course community lunch, at which we are delighted to announce a special presentation to our beloved Rabbi Melvyn Bloom to mark his fiftieth year of unwavering service to our community. 

Discounts available for young members, as well as an afternoon programme for those who want to stay. 

Schedule:

9:00am – Morning Service (with sermon by the Chief Rabbi)

11:45am – Kiddush

12:30pm – Lunch (with address by the Chief Rabbi, and special presentation to Rabbi Bloom)

3:00pm – Activities for children and youth / Shiur for adults by Rabbi Eli: “Purim in Nuremberg”.

4:30pm – End
